Responsibilities

Support the Marketplace Escalation Process by tracking cases and following up in collaboration with the sales teams
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the SDA Scorecard Process
Support the monitoring and documentation of qualitative criteria defined in contracts
Maintain and update contract-related documentation and data with a high level of accuracy
Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations
Assist with administrative and organizational tasks related to ongoing processes and projects

Requirements

Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Detail-oriented and accurate in handling tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work in international and cross-functional teams
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Interest in commercial structures, distribution, and sales data analysis
Fluent in English and German
