Responsibilities

The "Central Spare Parts Business Excellence (SPBE) Programme Management Office" monitors and tracks the programme's implementation, progress and financial results across the various country organisations.

You will support the programme management team in preparing local meetings and presentations, such as determining the formats, content and frequency of communications.
Working on the SPBE project means that you will need to understand the business processes and support consistent potential calculation within the tracking tools across the various countries.
You will also collaborate with SPBE experts to facilitate the programme rollout.

Requirements

You are a registered student (m/f/d) studying business, administration or a related subject
You are willing to support operational tasks, either at office or rolling up your sleeves and supporting activities in the field (branch, local warehouse, central warehouse)
Ideally, you have knowledge of general administration or project management: business and management principles in the service industry, supply chains and business processes
You have good written and spoken communication skills in English – other languages are an advantage (e.g. German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese or Korean)
You have a keen eye for detail and technical specifics
You have a solid grasp of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage
You possess organisational skills – planning, prioritising and meeting deadlines
You have the ability to understand financial reports and track calculation methods for cost savings
And finally, you have good interpersonal skills and are capable of multitasking
