Feladatok
Tasks:
• Supports Quality and Manufacturing Team by providing production expertise to resolve welding issues within the production operation.
• Ensure that the product meets customer’s requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its manufacturing process including incoming inspection, carrying out relevant testing and where necessary take corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues.
• Develop standards, materials, weld joint design, and welding processes
• Develop welding process procedure qualification, supplier qualification, and product testing
• Troubleshoot welding problems and provide corrective solutions
• Support the release of new welding equipment and any weld parameter changes
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly in regards to welding
• Support and participate in root cause analysis and process improvement activities

Elvárások
Profile
• Completed degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, Building engineering, materials engineering, steel construction or comparable)
• Knowledge of relevant welding standards and quality standards
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
• Preferably work experience in production with robotics
• Work experience in welding (TIG/MIG/MAG)
• Good English communication skills
• Completed degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, Building engineering, materials engineering, steel construction or comparable)
• Knowledge of relevant welding standards and quality standards
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
• Preferably work experience in production with robotics
• Work experience in welding (TIG/MIG/MAG)
• Good English communication skills
Előnyt jelent
• Advantage: experience in non-destructive testing and/or as a coating inspector
• Completed training as International Welding Engineer as a plus
• Completed training as International Welding Engineer as a plus
