Responsibilities

Content upload and editing across websites using CMS tools
Quality assurance checks to identify issues before deployment
Collaboration with Project Managers to align on priorities, timelines, and next steps
Support for website redesigns and ongoing improvements
Sharing best practices, learnings, and use cases with Content Editors and project teams
Daily communication with Content Editor peers
Proactive risk and potential blocker flagging to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in a website editing or CMS-related role
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or Contentful
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for reading and troubleshooting
Attention to detail and structured work approach
Ethical decision-making
Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracy
Clear and detailed communication skills
Up-to-date knowledge of web accessibility standards
Experience with Jira, Monday.com, or Asana
Basic SEO understanding
Basic Project Management understanding
Problem-solving and adaptability in shifting project environments
Collaborative attitude and openness to giving and receiving feedback
