Responsibilities
- Systematic Building: Develop custom websites using the Client-First Naming Convention (or similar framework) to ensure class consistency.
- Figma to Webflow: Translate static designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow sites.
- CMS Architecture: Design complex CMS collections that are easy for clients to populate and manage.
- Technical QA: Own the "Pre-Flight Check." You are responsible for speed optimization, cross-browser testing, and mobile responsiveness before the client sees the link.
- Interactions: Implement GSAP or native Webflow interactions that add polish without killing site speed.
- Collaboration: Feedback on technical feasibility during the design phase (preventing impossible layouts before they are promised).
Requirements
- Framework Discipline: Proven experience using Finsweet Client-First, Knockout, or a strict BEM naming convention.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of HTML/CSS logic (Flexbox, Grid, Relative/Absolute positioning).
- Speed & Performance: Knowledge of image optimization (WebP), lazy loading, and code minification.
- Agency Experience: Comfortable managing 2-3 active builds simultaneously within a squad structure.
- Asynchronous Communication: proficient in using Loom videos and annotated comments to explain user flows to developers in different time zones to reduce back-and-forth meetings.
Nice-to-have
- Javascript knowledge for custom attributes or API integrations.
- Experience with Wized or Xano (for future web app projects).
What we offer
WebWisp is scaling, and we are moving to a Pod-based structure to handle our influx of global clients. We are looking for a WebFlow Developer who doesn't just "build websites," but engineers scalable web systems. You will be the technical anchor of your Pod, working alongside a Project Manager and a UI/UX Designer. You won't be guessing at designs, you will receive high-fidelity Figma files and be responsible for translating them into pixel-perfect, clean, and manageable Webflow builds.
Company info
We prioritize clean code. We don’t want "spaghetti classes." We want structured, scalable builds that our clients can manage easily.
