Responsibilities

Website design and optimization
Design visually compelling, on-brand, and conversion-oriented web pages for marketing campaigns and core site experiences
Translation of campaign goals and content into clear, effective layouts and high-fidelity designs
Creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
Partnership with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
Use of performance insights and feedback to iterate and improve page effectiveness
Contribution to and evolution of the website design system and component library in Figma
Ensuring consistency and scalability across all web experiences
Maintenance of a high standard of visual quality across the website
Cross-functional collaboration with demand generation, content, and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives
Translation of marketing objectives into effective digital experiences
Occasional support of broader digital marketing needs such as campaign visuals or email assets in collaboration with the brand team

Requirements

Professional proficiency in English
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual web design
Excellent visual design skills including layout, typography, and hierarchy
Solid understanding of web usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles
Experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, or campaign-driven web content
Experience working with design systems or component libraries
Proficiency in Figma
Strong communication skills
Collaborative and detail-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying levels of complexity

Nice-to-have

Experience working closely with performance marketing or demand generation teams, Familiarity with A/B testing or conversion optimization principles, Basic understanding of front-end constraints such as HTML and CSS
