Responsibilities

We are looking for a Warehouse & Operations Team Member to join our Budapest team and help us build strong, reliable day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role with responsibility across inbound and outbound warehouse activities, daily warehouse management, logistics coordination, and operational support.
As a small startup team, we are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing more than one hat. Alongside core warehouse responsibilities, this person will also support logistics coordination, customer delivery follow-up, and local sourcing activities when needed. This is not a narrowly defined role in a large organization — it is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to be part of a team where their contribution is visible and valued.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Processing inbound materials, including receiving, inspection, system entry, and allocation to warehouse shelves
Picking outbound orders, packing and labeling shipments, arranging logistics, and executing shipments
Supporting daily warehouse management, including cycle counts, warehouse layout optimization, and maintaining 5S standards
Communicating with customer receivers regarding specific delivery requirements and obtaining Proof of Delivery
Managing and developing logistics partners, negotiating prices and terms, and helping arrange efficient delivery routes
Making urgent customer deliveries to site using PERIPLUS delivery vehicles when required
Supporting local sourcing efforts when time permits, including sourcing from European suppliers, negotiating prices, and placing purchase orders

Requirements

We are open to candidates from different backgrounds and do not expect someone to match every point perfectly from day one. What matters most to us is the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in being part of a small team where people support each other and grow together.
Requirements:

High school education or equivalent
Good communication skills in Hungarian and English
Warehouse and logistics experience is an advantage, but not required — we are happy to train the right person
