Feladatok

Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping of goods,
Supervising the daily tasks of warehouse staff,
Identifying and implementing improvements in warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs,
Coordinating with sales department regarding order fulfillments,
Monitoring the timeliness of deliveries and shipments and addressing any related issues,
Cooperating with the transport and forwarding department,
Compiling regular reports on warehouse activities for management,
Controlling stock levels and documentation
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

Elvárások

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics,
Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities,
Experience using warehouse management systems and proficiency in MS Office programs,
Understanding of key logistics processes,
Experience with fresh products (nice to have)
Good command of English is a must,
Ability to achieve set goals and performance indicators,
Organised, team player with good communication skills,
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.

As European leader and part of well-known Citronex Group we are looking to hire passioned, hands-on, well organised and communicative Warehouse Manager to support building a logistics network in Hungary to deliver on time the highest quality product and meet the growing Customer's needs.

The position involves managing a fresh produce warehouse, particularly the banana ripening process. We are looking for a responsible and well-organized person who is ready to work in a demanding operational environment.
