Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

Lead, train, and support the warehouse team to ensure consistent accuracy and performance.

Maintain a safe, well-organised working environment with clear systems and processes.

Oversee inventory control and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet fulfilment targets.

Liaise with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and prepare the warehouse for continued growth.

Requirements

Previous experience managing warehouse or fulfilment operations. Experience in an e-commerce environment is a bonus.

Strong organisational and planning skills with a focus on reliability and accuracy.

Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.

Confident leading small teams and building capability as operations scale.

Hands-on approach, especially during the early stages, with the ability to shift into a more strategic, planning-led role over time.

Strong communication and coordination skills, especially across multiple locations and teams.

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our German fulfilment centre, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient operations. This is a hands-on role to begin with, focused on understanding the full operation and leading a small but growing team as we scale across Europe.

The Warehouse Manager will take responsibility for all aspects of the site from inbound deliveries and stock management to order fulfilment, returns, and dispatch. You'll also coordinate closely with our head office in Dubai to maintain consistent standards and communication across regions.
