Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations
Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments as well as end-to-end transit activities
Track transportation schedules, customs clearance processes, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time material flow
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other external logistics partners
Monitor warehouse inventory and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
Plan, organize, and execute cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular operational reports
Coordinate daily warehouse activities, allocate tasks, and support workforce planning
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment
Confident written and spoken English communication skills
Experience coordinating operational activities and supporting warehouse teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Practical knowledge of 5S methodology and continuous improvement principles

Nice-to-have

Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Knowledge of international transportation and customs clearance processes
Experience in an international manufacturing environment
