Responsibilities
- The duties and responsibilities of this position are service-based and will present new and diverse challenges daily in 40 hours/week. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Order preparation and delivery according to customer needs
- Receipt of incoming products and their control in accordance with quality and quantity expectations Cooperation with our partners in serving customer needs
- Dealing with inside reporting /weekly, monthly/ tasks
- On-site inspection and maintenance of our industrial services
- Customer service
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
- The ability to demonstrate Company values of Innovation, Teamwork, Ambition, and Integrity Intermediate
- English writing and oral communication skills, Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excell, E-mail use)
- A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
- Organization, planning, prioritization skills and attention to detail,
- Motivated, customer-oriented work
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, good organizational and problem-solving skills
- An interest in career advancement, ability to develop and learn
Nice-to-have
- Working as team member of Fastenal's Blue Team, you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced challenging environment. This is an entry level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our store.
