Responsibilities
Are you a recent or upcoming graduate looking to take your career to the next level?
Do you want to develop the skills you need to become a leader in the hospitality industry?
Look no further than Marriott International's Global Leadership Development Program: Voyage.
- Receive hands-on and virtual training in many disciplines: Event, HR and Rooms,
- As a Voyage participant, over 12 – 18 months you will take on a full paid supervisory level role in your department of interest at one of our hotels,
- You will receive discipline-specific training as well as a leadership-focused curriculum that will prepare you to become a future leader within our organization.
- Immerse yourself in the operations of a hotel through mini departmental rotations,
- Network with global colleagues through social collaboration tools,
- Engage with Marriott senior leaders,
- Compete globally through our virtual hotel simulator.

Requirements
- You will earn your bachelor's degree between June 2024 and January 2025.
- You can start full-time work in August/September,
- Superior critical-thinking & interpersonal communication skills

- Work authorization in the country you apply
- Proficiency in written & spoken English
