Responsibilities

Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we are looking for a professional Video Production Specialist to be responsible for the entire process of video creation and production. The specialist should independently complete video script creation, shooting or coordinate with third-party companies for on-site shooting, and conduct post-production including editing, subtitling and soundtrack matching. Meanwhile, excellent communication skills are required to accurately understand the client's demands and efficiently deliver high-quality videos that meet project goals.

Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!
Office location: 116-118 Vaci Ut, Budapest, 1133
The successful candidate will be employed via an agency.

In this role you will:

Independently complete video creative scriptwriting and content planning, and formulate feasible video production plans based on project demands and core objectives.
Undertake video shooting work independently, or coordinate and manage third-party shooting companies, control the shooting schedule, on-site process and picture quality to ensure the shooting progress meets the project requirements.
Be responsible for the full-process post-production of videos, including clip editing, subtitle addition, background music selection and matching, color grading, special effect packaging and other work, and output finished videos that meet the standards.
Maintain smooth communication with the demand side, accurately grasp and translate customer demands into executable video production plans, timely feedback project progress and adjust production details according to reasonable suggestions.
Coordinate internal and external resources efficiently, solve problems encountered in the video production process, and ensure the final video is delivered on schedule and achieves the expected communication and presentation goals.

Requirements

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

Proven experience in video production, with the ability to independently complete the entire process from script creation, shooting to post-production; proficient in mainstream video post-production software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to accurately understand the core demands of the demand side, and effectively communicate and cooperate with internal teams and third-party partners.
Have a keen sense of video creativity and good aesthetic ability, pay attention to details, and can ensure the quality and effect of finished videos.
Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented, able to manage project time independently, complete production tasks efficiently under tight deadlines, and ensure the delivery of qualified finished products.
Rich experience in outsourced video projects is preferred; able to adapt to flexible working arrangements and respond to urgent project needs in a timely manner.
