Responsibilities
- Solid know-how, your willingness to take on responsibility, and strong communication skills are your keys to success in managing customer portfolios as well as internal strategic topics and projects.
- This is how – as part of one of the biggest Network Sector Coverage teams in ING's international network – you strengthen existing and acquire new customer relationships reliably, open up new business opportunities for different product areas and take charge of the financial performance of your portfolio.
- Through close cooperation with product departments, you not only improve cross-buy and increase the share of wallet but also manage to uncover new and innovative concepts to boost yields.
- With your entrepreneurial mindset and analytical knowledge, you actively contribute to the implementation of ING's global NSC strategy as well as Virtual Client Teams (VCT) / client strategies, while constantly upholding internal policies and compliance standards.
- No question about it: Your commitment actively supports the continued growth of NSC Germany and enriches our company values, such as the Orange Code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics / finance, management, law or a comparable discipline
- Several years of professional experience as a Relationship Banker, with a strong track record in turning opportunities into revenues, profitably developing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients
- Comprehensive know-how of the market environment and genuine interest in different sector dynamics and their impact on our clients' businesses
- Very good understanding of banking products and (daily) banking / services
- Team player with entrepreneurial intuition, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Eager to work in a diverse environment with an open mindset
- Hands-on mentality, attuned to customers' needs and their implementation, as well as the ING Orange Code
- Strong communicator, able to coordinate diverse stakeholders with ease
- A passion for innovation and a feel for sustainable solutions
- Excellent German and English spoken as well as written
