Responsibilities

Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and client experience
Analyze market trends and internal data to provide actionable insights for innovation strategies
Support project execution by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet objectives
Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs and prepare reporting for stakeholders
Collaborate with IT, operations, marketing to identify and support strategic opportunities
Support ATechX Accelerator Program

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret data and trends
Strong understanding of digital transformation in real estate operations
Experience in project management
Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and stakeholders
