Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary supply chain contact for the assigned country cluster (Italian-speaking markets), managing all stakeholder communication.
Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including order management, forecasting accuracy, and inventory optimization.
Collaborate with logistics partners (3PL/LSP) and suppliers; manage shipments, returns, installations, and vendor performance issues.
Monitor and report on service levels (SLA/KPI), lead monthly operational reviews, and drive corrective or improvement actions.
Oversee logistics and warehousing cost control, including supplier invoice checks and approval support.
Support the rollout of new tools, systems, products, and process improvements (lean, automation, simplification).

Requirements

Requirements

University degree in economics, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management, preferably in a multinational environment.
Language skills: Italian (min. 8/10) for daily use and English (min. 7/10) on a business level.
Strong project management, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proven stakeholder and vendor management capability; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required (SAP is an advantage).
