Responsibilities

Managing the operation of REA (solvent recovery) systems and related chemical process equipment.
Monitoring tank farms, unloading operations, and chemical process systems.
Providing full technical supervision of the REA recovery process.
Supporting and overseeing SWS production and technological processes.
Analyzing technological processes, control loops, and system interconnections.
Defining maintenance and operational strategies.
Investigating failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Developing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
Providing professional support and guidance to technicians.
Collaborating with EHS, production, and maintenance departments.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in chemical or process industry operations.
Knowledge of technological systems and control loops.
Familiarity with tank farms, pumps, piping networks, and process control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
English language proficiency.
