Responsibilities
- Conducting property inspections and preparing a photo documentation of the evaluated property according to professional requirements and the purpose of the evaluation;
- Market research. A crucial part of property valuation is determining the economic environment in which the property is located and identifying the main factors influencing the property's market value, thereby justifying one's own value conclusion. In market research tasks, members of the market research department may also perform subtasks, but the materials they produce are the responsibility of the evaluator for professional correctness.
- Performing calculations, selecting appropriate valuation methods, in Excel or Argus Enterprise;
- Preparation of valuation reports, documentation, and archiving;
- Measurement of customer satisfaction;
- Coordination of requests for proposals, issuance of offers with the approval of the Director of Valuation;
- Contacting clients, understanding client needs;
- Coordination of contract preparation, negotiation with clients, approval of contract drafts;
- Data collection while understanding basic information about the property;
- Data processing and requesting additional data if any documents are missing;
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in commercial property valuation,
- Advanced level of English language proficiency (both written and spoken), ability to write valuations in English;
- University / College degree (preferably in Economics)
- A qualification in property valuation and brokerage – OKJ:53 341 01 is highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
- Precision, strong analytical skills;
- Collaboration skills, constructive problem-solving approach ;
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
- Category B driver's license;

Company info
One behalf of our Client, a prominent, international property advisory, we are looking for a (Senior) Valuer (or Associate Director; depending on seniority level). He/She will be responsible for carrying out property valuations and inspections as well as conducting market researches.
