Treasury Team Leader (106-3-43906/PR)
Feladatok:
We are looking for a Team Leader to join Treasury Back Office team of our international banking partner.
You will provide professional leadership to a team of 10 people, support payments and treasury transactions and assist the team with technical issues related to the area. With an international team, the position requires a few years of relevant experience and active English and Hungarian language skill.
Previous management experience is not required, so it is a good opportunity if you want to try your skills in this role.

- Monitoring payments and treasury activity in central and branch networks
- Validation of transactions in the various systems of the bank, post-payment monitoring
- Reconcile laundering accounts in the BGL account for payments, Treasury product in all currencies and resolve pending issues in accordance with the EOD procedure
- Perform area related correction requests, run further investigations
- Provide technical support to team members, priorities incoming tasks, allocate tasks proportionally
- Review and follow up related daily reports, prepare management information reports
- Close liaison with partner department and branch network

Elvárások:
- Relevant bachelor degree (economics, finance or other business related to the financial sector)
- Active knowledge of English and Hungarian
- At least 3 years of professional experience in this field
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Treasury (e.g. MUREX) and Payment systems (e.g. GIRO, GENGI)
- Supportive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Previous team management experience advantage but not an expectation
