MOL GBS is shared services organization provides finance and HR support for MOL Group companies. The organization is comprised of 500 colleagues located in Hungary and Slovakia with the ambition to extend service scope to all European countries where MOL is present. The scope of services includes Statutory and Financial Reporting, Transactional Accounting, Customer Credit Management, Treasury and Payment Operations, Payroll and HR support.

Treasury Back Office Associate
Main Responsibilities and tasks:
- Running KYC process with Hungarian and foreign partner banks of MOL Group.
- Ensure the up to date signature list of company representatives and bank signatories with bank partners
- Manage bank account access rights
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and analyses
- Authorize manual payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good oral and written communication skills in Hungarian and English.
- Organized and methodical approach
- Problem solving attitude
