You will be hired as a coordinator in transportation management for the 4flow management business line. In this position, you will be responsible for managing shipments in day-to-day business and regular operations as well as for customer satisfaction in your area of responsibility. In  particular, this will include the following tasks:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of daily transportation processes

• Achieving and maintaining the quality and performance standards specified by our customers

• Technical management of a team in continuous execution of transportation in our customers’ logistics networks

• Working in tight coordination with your manager and the project management team

• Managing other tasks that correspond to your knowledge and skills in addition to supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks

• You give us confidence to believe that you’ll will contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experience

• You demonstrate in your application that you have at least 2 years of experience in the field of supply chain and logistics

• You can quickly prioritize tasks during busy periods while still communicating in a friendly and solution-oriented way

• You are confident in using IT systems and have strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
