Responsibilities

As part of our Central Distribution Center Team, you will be responsible for:

Complet orders to be shipped in the warehouse system / using a scanner
Working closly with transport providers
Requesting shipping quotes
Preparing shipping documents (CMR, packing list, invoice)
Carrying out and organizing loading
Liaising with partner areas and foreign customers
Preparing price calculations for packaging costs
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper documentation

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is organized, solution-oriented, dinamic and creative, with the will to succeed

You bring:

Experience in order management, transportation, tranport coordination,
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and structured working style
Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
Confidence using MS Office and ideally an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Navision, Odoo, etc.)
Good English skills
Experience in using scannar/PDA
Team player who thinks in terms of solutions, independent and driven by resoults

Nice-to-have

An immediate start is an advantage
Fork-lift driving license
Customs Clearance agent qualification
