• University degree in Business or Economics or related field
• Mininum 5 years’ experience in real estate investment or valuation
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• A proactive professional with strong analytical skills and a keen-eye for detail
• Fluency in English

• Prepare comprehensive and in-depth underwriting and financial analysis for all considered potential real estate acquisitions, on a business-plan appropriate and multi-scenario basis, using market knowledge gathered from internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain a database of relevant local market data, and regularly present real estate market dynamics, market intelligence, and updates to internal stakeholders
• Support the Transaction Lead Hungary on all aspects of potential real estate transactions, including (but not limited to):
  • Preparation of Investment Screening Sheets
  • Preparation of Investment Committee Proposals
  • Assembly of external professional advisory teams
  • Evaluating Due Diligence reports and establishing red flags
  • Coordinating debt-financing
  • Contract negotiations & transaction closing coordination
  • Post-Closing handover to Asset Management team
• Participate in asset disposition processes with the Transaction Lead Hungary
• Other tasks that may be required for the wider International Transactions team
• Reporting to Transaction Lead Hungary
