Responsibilities

We are expanding our team at Burani Interfood and looking for Traders who are passionate about negotiation and eager to drive success. We are seeking only full-time collaborators who possess strong business and negotiation skills. We value methodical, persevering, professional individuals who work with enthusiasm and initiative among for excellent compensation. 
As a Trader you will:
1.    Portfolio Management & Growth: Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of clients and suppliers while identifying opportunities for expansion.
2.    Sales Mastery: Exceed monthly sales targets through new client acquisition and relationship nurturing.
3.    Coordination & Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities.
4.    Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs.
5.    Collaborative Networking: Build strong internal relationships and stay updated on market trends.
6.    Business Development: Identify growth opportunities through lead follow-ups and client/supplier research.
7.    Client Engagement: Engage potential clients and suppliers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
8.    Deal Closure & Retention: Lead the sales process to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.
9.    Lead Generation & Qualification: Populate the sales channel through various methods and ensure lead quality.
10.  Partnership Success: Source, negotiate and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships in line with business objectives.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has a:

  • Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in POLISH or CHINESE or GERMAN or FRENCH and possesses at least B2-level English/Italian language skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Ambitious Sales Enthusiast: Driven by ambition and eager to build a thriving career in Sales within a collaborative team.
  • Communication Expert: Excels in diverse forms of communication, whether it's in writing, verbally or through digital channels.
  • Networking Maverick: Adept at forging connections and skilled in relationship-building in today's fast-paced, interconnected world.
  • Detail-Oriented Perfectionist: Demonstrates unwavering attention to detail and consistently delivers high-quality work.
  • Proactive and Innovative: Takes initiative, embraces innovation and welcomes performance-based bonuses as a professional.
