Állás leírása
Feladatok
- Responsible for accurate and timely settlement valuations of physical oil and gas shipments
- Accountable to ensure that all activity is conducted within the control framework and will act as a primary interface with the Front Office and Commodity Risk teams
- Accountable for ensuring that the operational activity within the area of responsibility is conducted within a strong control framework, highlighting any gaps or issues and develop, document and implement mitigations as appropriate
- Pro-actively seek opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate processes to improve performance and efficiency
- Ensure that price disputes are monitored and resolved in a timely manner, intervening and escalating disputes according to T&S Policies
- Work with MIMA Team addressing root causes of issues raised
- Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth monthly/quarterly close
- Act as project owner of any Pricing related project
- Take active part in any Pricing related cross functional projects
- Collect improvement opportunities and suggest development measures to increase productivity within the team
Elvárások
- Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Economics studies or any related field (already completed first year)
- At least intermediate English knowledge both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Structured thinking, strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Able to deal with complex situations while maintaining the right balance of customer and business focus
- Munkaidő:
- Long-term development opportunity ( 1 year)
- Be able to invest at least 20-25 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
