Your duties include:
- Coordinating and implementing the local marketing activities to launch new stores
- Adapting and implementing promotional calendar
- Delivering promotional materials to Clients and stores (leaflet, seasonal POSM, window campaign)
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the promo campaigns
- Implementing and evaluating the tactical trade marketing to boost sales
- Close cooperation with stores, other departments, and key Shopping Center/Retail Parks
- Monitoring competitors’ activity
- Conduct research together with the Insight Team
- Build loyalty and increase frequency of store visits
- Managing trade activities budget, supervised by the Regional Marketing Manager
Join if you:
- Have College/University degree, preferably in Marketing and/or Economics
- Previous experience in Marketing (1-3 years) in a similar role, preferably in retail marketing
- Knowledge of design and print techniques
- Knowledge of printing industry
- Knowledge of consumer promotions tools & processes
- Knowledge of the personal data protection regulation
- Knowledge of digital tools
- Fluent English
- MS Office literacy
- Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- You perform your work with precision, accuracy, and high standards
- You are open to changes and take initiative in your work
