Trade Marketing Manager

Main responsibilities:
- You will translate brand strategy into flawless in-market execution across channels — modern trade, wholesale and on-trade — partnering closely with Sales and Brand teams
- Own the Trade Marketing calendar: promo planning, channel programs, activations and seasonal peaks from idea to execution
- Design and deliver promotion mechanics (account specific promotion, onpacks, gifts, in-store sampling), ensuring business logic + shopper relevance
- Build sell-in / sell-out toolkits: channel stories, pitch decks, sales arguments, activation guidelines, training materials
- Lead visibility & POSM: briefing, production, rollout, and quality control (displays, secondary placements, standard and taylor-made visibility in on-trade)
- Drive perfect execution in store/outlet: standards, field communication, compliance follow-up, continuous improvement
- Manage agencies and suppliers for production and activation delivery (briefs, timelines, costs, quality)
- Track performance and ROI: post-evaluation, learnings, recommendations; work with NielsenIQ / dunnhumby and internal data
- Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Supply, Finance and Marketing — so plans are executable, on time, and within budget
- Support launches & innovations with go-to-market plans, channel readiness, and execution toolkits

You would fit into our team if you have:
- 3–5+ years of Trade Marketing experience in FMCG (spirits/beer/beverage is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of retail and on-trade execution, promotions and shopper logic
- Proven project management capabilities: you can run multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure
- Hands-on analytical mindset; confident with NielsenIQ / dunnhumby (or similar) and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Structured, independent, and results-oriented — with creativity that serves execution (not just decks)
- Fluent Hungarian and professional English, written and spoken
- Proactive “can-do” attitude; you take ownership and don’t wait for perfect conditions
- B category driving license (company car provided)
