Állás leírása

Responsibilities

  • Assistance to account team with client activities supporting project and client portfolio strategy delivery
  • Learning transaction management and understanding key processes and playbooks
  • Ensuring compliance of standardised processes and quality standards with account teams
  • Working on assigned project initiation and close out processes within the GOS EMEA TM team
  • Using client portfolio data to measure portfolio activity levels and revenue opportunities through bid process
  • Providing general reporting support such as Quarterly Business Review documents
  • Providing general technical support via Power BI and other tools
  • Liaising with PSC teams to coordinate financial analyses
  • Using Excel and analytical tools to identify risks and opportunities within client portfolios
  • Working with Transaction Manager to interpret client requests and create summary of needs, scope of work, engagement notice
  • Referencing central contract documents and creating engagement notices capturing key project elements and fees
  • Disseminating standard templates to brokers for specific project types and clients
  • Maintaining Work in Progress schedule for clients
  • Collecting and recording client specific KPI data where appropriate
  • Attending client Work in Progress calls and actioning agreed items within timelines
  • Keeping internal reporting systems up to date

Requirements

  • Degree level qualification in Business or similar
  • English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate sector and market trends
  • At least intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Initial experience with data and reporting tools
  • Basic commercial awareness and financial analysis skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of Real Estate experience

Nice-to-have

  • Membership of professional bodies requiring proficiency in key skills
  • Other languages besides English
