Responsibilities

Delivery within defined scope ensuring alignment to portfolio priorities and governance requirements
Control of risk, approvals, data integrity and reporting
Integration with adjacent functions including estates, transactions, strategy and finance
Judgement on complex, high-impact matters and escalation
Representation of Cushman & Wakefield with credibility and professionalism at senior stakeholder level
Operation within governance frameworks, approval authorities and audit expectations
Building effective working relationships with client leadership, internal service lines and external advisers

Requirements

Significant experience within commercial real estate, portfolio management or advisory environments
Ability to operate within structured governance models
Ability to manage complexity and deliver outcomes across matrixed organisations
Strong communication skills
Analytical capability
Professional judgement
