Responsibilities

Delivery within defined scope aligned to portfolio priorities and governance requirements
Control of risk, approvals, data integrity and reporting
Integration with adjacent functions including estates, transactions, strategy and finance
Judgement on complex, high-impact matters and escalation as appropriate
Representation of Cushman & Wakefield with credibility and professionalism at senior stakeholder level

Requirements

Significant experience within commercial real estate, portfolio management or advisory environments
Ability to operate within structured governance models
Ability to manage complexity and deliver outcomes across matrixed organisations
Strong communication skills
Analytical capability
Professional judgement
