Oversee the daily operations of Duchess Bar, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver a world-class guest experience
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
Monitor inventory, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Proven experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or high-end bar operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
