Responsibilities

Lead the testing and cutover strategy for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems and safeguard business continuity
Design, coordinate, and execute test phases and go-live plans
Define and execute the overall test strategy and governance for SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, and Post-Go-Live validation
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
Manage test execution, defect triage, and resolution tracking
Ensure traceability between business requirements and test outcomes
Oversee test environment and data setup
Lead the design and execution of the cutover strategy and go-live plan
Coordinate cutover tasks across functional, technical, and data teams
Validate data migration and readiness activities
Prepare rollback and contingency procedures
Act as primary interface for testing and cutover topics with the Project Manager and Steering Committee
Support project governance and collaboration across workstreams

Requirements

Proven experience in leading testing and cutover workstreams within ERP implementation programs
Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or Dynamics AX
Expertise in multi-phase, cross-functional test cycles and cutover activities
Familiarity with data migration, interface testing, and environment management
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
EU work and residency eligibility
Bonus: Experience in international rollouts, Microsoft certifications, and prior consulting/system integrator roles
