Responsibilities

Additive Manufacturing Technologies Hungary Kft. is looking for an experienced Production Leader to manage the daily manufacturing operations of our additive manufacturing post-processing systems at our Veszprém site and actively contribute to operational development.
Lead and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations, supervising 4–6 direct reports and a production team of 10–20 employees
Ensure achievement and continuous improvement of key production KPIs such as productivity, output per FTE, lead time, and safety performance
Take ownership of Environment, Health & Safety standards and maintain a safe and compliant shop floor environment
Collaborate closely with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering / R&D teams to drive operational excellence
Coordinate with production planning to align execution with production schedules and material flow
Maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and operational standards in line with ISO 9001 requirements
Lead, develop, and motivate the production team, providing regular feedback and supporting professional growth
Support the implementation and rollout of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP within production
Report regularly on production performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives to the Head of Operations.

Requirements

BSc or MSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field preferred)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production / manufacturing
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 people
Hands-on experience in a high-mix / low-volume manufacturing environment (e.g. machinery, electronics, automotive supplier)
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and its practical application
Business fluent English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with high attention to detail

Nice-to-have

Experience in additive manufacturing / 3D printing
Experience working in an international / multinational environment
Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or other modern ERP systems
Lean / 5S / continuous improvement mindset with practical experience
