We not only focus on the continuous development of machines and abrasives, but we also actively support our customers in integrating the grinding line and optimizing the entire grinding process.

If you have experience in industrial manufacturing, a technical mindset, and can communicate in English and/or German, we look forward to receiving your application for the Production Staff position!

  • Production tasks: Operating, supervising, and maintaining manufacturing equipment; performing production steps; complying with hygiene regulations; quality control; documenting production data; participating in process optimization.
  • Collaboration: Close coordination with the production manager and warehouse-logistics department; ensuring information flow; providing suggestions and reporting deviations.
  • Process: Meeting deadlines, adhering to occupational safety and quality regulations, supporting CIP (continuous improvement).

    • Advantages:

    • Technical qualification is a plus.
    • Experience in industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
