Responsibilities

Contributor to the quality management system of the facility and the conformity of the product provided to customers
Tracking asset lifecycles from procurement to deployment, return, refurbishment, and decommissioning including cycle counts
Conducting routine inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies
Managing relationships with logistics carriers and shipping vendors
Conducting shipping and receiving duties including verification of bills of lading
Maintaining documentation for asset tagging, device assignment, and chain-of-custody logs
Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline technology logistics workflows
Standardizing packaging, tracking, and distribution procedures
Supporting audits, compliance requirements, and internal reporting related to asset utilization, loss, and cost
Supporting purchasing activities

Requirements

Experience in technology logistics, asset management, supply chain, or IT support for 2+ years
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills with high attention to detail
Experience using inventory or asset tracking tools such as Asset Panda, Snipe-IT, Jira
Familiarity with standard IT hardware such as laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to lift and move equipment typically 30–50 lbs
Ability to safely operate a forklift for moving, staging, and storing technology equipment and materials
Ability to read and interpret asset documentation, shipping requirements and inventory reports
Proficiency with asset-tracking systems, ticketing platforms, spreadsheet tools, and basic device-configuration workflows
Skill in tracking quantities, reconciling counts, and interpreting simple usage or cost data
Capability to diagnose logistical issues, identify discrepancies, and make decisions regarding device routing, replacements, or escalations
Evaluation of asset utilization trends, identification of inefficiencies, and recommendation of process improvements
