The Technical Translator Intern supports Eaton’s in‑house Language Services team by translating and post‑editing technical product and documentation content related to Product Data Hub (PDH). The role is designed for students who want hands‑on experience in technical translation, terminology management, and structured translation workflows within a global industrial organization.

Interns work under the guidance of experienced in‑house translators and reviewers and contribute directly to the quality and consistency of multilingual technical content used across Eaton’s businesses.

Your Key Deliverables:

• Translate technical product documentation and PDH‑related content from English to Italian in line with Eaton’s translation and language policies
• Implement reviewer feedback and participate in quality‑assurance checks to ensure accuracy, terminology consistency, and clarity
• Support terminology collection and documentation using approved templates and processes
• Use standard office tools and internal translation workflows to manage assigned tasks and meet agreed deadlines
• Collaborate with the Language Services team and reviewers, following escalation and communication guidelines when questions or issues arise
