Responsibilities

What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our B2C customers across EMEA.
- Handle incoming requests and questions with care and efficiency.
- Proactively improve processes to make customer journeys smoother.
- Share customer insights with our e-commerce team to shape better experiences.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
- 0-3 years' experience in customer service, sales support or any technical background
- Fluency in English and German (a must).
- A positive, team-oriented mindset - you enjoy collaborating and inspiring others.
- Bonus points if you know our kind of outdoor/lifestyle products!
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Further education in Sales or Customer Service is a plus.
