Responsibilities

Learning the Gaming System and underlying business model/processes
Providing high quality 3rd line technical support for iGaming System to Customer Support Team, Central Gaming, Partners and Engineers
Participating in regular configurations of iGaming System
Communicating with providers/business clarifying operational requirements/conditions
Collaborating across engineering, operations, and product teams to drive business OKRs and deliver operational excellence

Requirements

Expertise in technical support across 2nd/3rd line support to fix complex and challenging issues mainly in C# .NET
Knowledge across backend engineering with C# .NET, microservices, APIs, certificates and cloud based development
Frontend engineering skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and micro-frontend architecture
Experience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testing
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Change Management processes
Proven ability to prioritise competing requests using frameworks like MoSCoW or the Impact/Urgency Matrix
Self-starter mindset with a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success
