  • Act as a key escalation point for complex client issues
  • Collaborate with development teams to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve critical bugs
  • Design and implement internal tools and scripts to streamline support processes
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in support operations
  • Lead and manage support escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to long-term solutions through code fixes or infrastructure improvements
  • Collaborate with software engineers to design, test, and deploy minor product enhancements or patches
  • Monitor and maintain production systems running in Azure Cloud and Kubernetes environments
  • Develop scripts and utilities in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate diagnostics and routine support workflows
  • Troubleshoot application, network, and infrastructure issues using tools such as Postman, Grafana, OpenAPI (Swagger), and system logs
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
  • Support weekend or non-standard hours as part of a global customer coverage schedule
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve support readiness, product stability, and customer experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, DevOps, or software engineering roles
  • Solid background in software engineering with the ability to read and modify production code
  • Strong understanding of Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux systems
  • Proficiency in JSON, HTTP requests, and RESTful API interaction
  • Familiarity with system monitoring, logging, and incident response best practices
  • Experience handling critical incident escalation and managing cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work during weekends and nights (Thurs-Mon work schedule)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience developing or supporting real-time audio/video systems
  • Background in the sports tech industry or supporting enterprise-level clients
  • Experience working with Enterprise companies, sports teams or in the sports industry
