Client-facing communication
Participation in pre-sales discussions
Collaboration with sales and customer success teams
Communication with clients' technical teams
Design and configuration of data labeling and processing pipelines using Python-based tools
Combination of multiple data labeling components into automated workflows for ML training purposes
Conducting experiments and evaluating quality, accuracy, and efficiency of data outputs
Providing technical leadership during implementation
Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues or incidents
Analyzing data quality and identifying improvement areas
Optimization of solutions by adopting new tools, methods, and automation approaches
Collaboration with internal support and engineering teams to troubleshoot and enhance ongoing projects

Experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer, Data/System Analyst, Data Scientist, or Technical Project Manager for 3+ years
Strong Python skills including pandas, numpy, API integrations, SDKs
Understanding of software development principles including version control, testing, CI/CD
Experience building and maintaining multi-stage data pipelines
Solid understanding of data quality metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 and basic statistics
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and LLMs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
English proficiency at B2+ level
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
