Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Client-facing communication
- Participation in pre-sales discussions
- Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Communication with clients’ technical teams
- Solution design and delivery
- Design and configuration of data labeling and processing pipelines using Python-based tools
- Combination of multiple data labeling components into automated workflows for ML training
- Conducting experiments and evaluating data output quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Providing technical leadership during implementation
- Solution maintenance and optimization
- Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues
- Analysis of data quality and identification of improvement areas
- Optimization of solutions by adopting new tools, methods, and automation approaches
- Collaboration with internal support and engineering teams to troubleshoot and enhance projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer, Data/System Analyst, Data Scientist, or Technical Project Manager
- Strong Python skills including pandas, numpy, API integrations, SDKs
- Understanding of software development principles including version control, testing, CI/CD
- Experience building and maintaining multi-stage data pipelines
- Solid understanding of data quality metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 and basic statistics
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and LLMs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Airflow
- Experience in prompt engineering
- Previous experience working on crowdsourcing or machine learning projects
- Exposure to large-scale data labeling or AI training workflows
