Responsibilities

Client-facing communication
Participation in pre-sales discussions
Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams
Communication with clients’ technical teams
Solution design and delivery
Design and configuration of data labeling and processing pipelines using Python-based tools
Combination of multiple data labeling components into automated workflows for ML training
Conducting experiments and evaluating data output quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Providing technical leadership during implementation
Solution maintenance and optimization
Monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues
Analysis of data quality and identification of improvement areas
Optimization of solutions by adopting new tools, methods, and automation approaches
Collaboration with internal support and engineering teams to troubleshoot and enhance projects

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer, Data/System Analyst, Data Scientist, or Technical Project Manager
Strong Python skills including pandas, numpy, API integrations, SDKs
Understanding of software development principles including version control, testing, CI/CD
Experience building and maintaining multi-stage data pipelines
Solid understanding of data quality metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1 and basic statistics
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and LLMs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
English proficiency at B2+ level
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have

Experience with Airflow, Experience in prompt engineering, Previous experience working on crowdsourcing or machine learning projects, Exposure to large-scale data labeling or AI training workflows
