Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Participate in pre-sales discussions, helping shape tailored technical solutions.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients’ technical teams, using clear and precise technical language.
Design and configure data labeling and processing pipelines using Python-based tools.
Combine multiple data labeling components into automated workflows for ML training purposes.
Conduct experiments and evaluate the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of data outputs.
Provide technical leadership during implementation and ensure best practices are followed.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues or incidents as needed.
Analyze data quality and identify improvement areas.
Optimize solutions by adopting new tools, methods, and automation approaches.
Collaborate with internal support and engineering teams to troubleshoot and enhance ongoing projects.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer, Data/System Analyst, Data Scientist, or Technical Project Manager.
Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, API integrations, SDKs); experience with Airflow is a plus.
Understanding of software development principles (version control, testing, CI/CD).
Experience building and maintaining multi-stage data pipelines.
Solid understanding of data quality metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1) and basic statistics.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and LLMs; experience in prompt engineering is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex systems.
Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have

Previous experience working on crowdsourcing or machine learning projects., Exposure to large-scale data labeling or AI training workflows.
