Responsibilities
Responsibilities overview – Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support our European customers in remote diagnostics and remote coding, as well as automotive technical support;
- Develop our services in the field of macsRemote remote diagnostics;
- Counselling and support in connection with updating diagnostic testers;
- Working towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets as defined;
- Providing feedback to Team Leaders from a continuous improvement perspective regarding the service to customers;
- Build close working relationships with all internal departments to improve products and services, always looking to reduce costs.
Requirements
As a future colleague at Hella Gutmann, you should be able to contribute with:
- Automotive technical background. Preferably as an automotive technician or similar;
- Experience in working with advanced automotive technical troubleshooting - preferably with the use of OE testers;
- Systematic, positive and service-orientated;
- Trustworthy and honest;
- Independent, solution-oriented and with good communication skills;
- English written and spoken;
- Good computer skills.
