Responsibilities

Understanding underlying data structure of an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
Creating technical specification documents for functional requirements
Managing existing and creating new automations using Alteryx, Python, SSIS
Creating reports and dashboards in Power BI
Building data models and creating measures in DAX
Analyzing performance of Power BI reports and SQL queries/views
Participating in BI strategy development and implementation
Providing support for existing BI solutions
Conducting root cause analysis on code level in Visual Studio
Maintaining existing BI solutions (embedded Power BI reports on cloud and on-prem)
Managing data migration and validation activities including mapping, configuration and acceptance testing
Managing integration and documentation including data mapping, workflow management, file specification development and acceptance testing
Developing and documenting automation including data mapping, workflow management, file specification development and acceptance testing
Developing reports to support ad hoc and KPI reporting across service lines
Facilitating user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance
Providing training and implementation user support during delivery activities
Maintaining competency in GOS Technology client applications for consulting, implementation, and demonstration
Contributing to the GOS Technology team knowledgebase with best practices, lessons learned, concept and solutions documents and ServiceNow
Leveraging client applications for demonstration, data modelling and process development with the client implementation team
Providing secondary support to the Delivery Management team for consistency across transitioning client base

Requirements

3-4+ years of experience in designing, building, and testing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
Solid experience in business data analytics
Experience in working with ERP or designing one
Knowledge of business intelligence and modern data warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT
Experience in SQL queries and views (Microsoft T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS)
Experience in Alteryx data science and analytics automation platform
Ability to maintain and write Python scripts
Knowledge of business analysis
Willingness to understand Microsoft Dynamics environment
Knowledge of MS BI tools (Power BI)
Some understanding of C# and .NET
Experience working with Visual Studio
Project management methodologies
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations / Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC)
Knowledge of network and telecommunications management
Ability to use laptop, mobile device, and wireless technologies
Analytical approach and way of thinking
Excellent command of English in both speaking and written
Good communication skills in spoken and written
BA in an IT related major
Knowledge of service order, contract, supplier management, procurement, and/or accounting practices
Project management skills to design and manage complex solutions and delivery to clients
High level of critical thinking and judgement
Attention to detail
Maintaining a can do mentality with ability to take charge with minimal information
Ability to choose the most effective forms of communication to articulate complex problems to non-technical resources

Nice-to-have

Experience with Commercial Real Estate and/or IWMS software technologies
Knowledge of Portfolio Administration software such as Lease Harbor, Tririga, CoStar, ProLease, Lucernix, Qube, HepREspace
Knowledge of Transaction / Project Management software such as Expesite, Project Mates, CoStar, Primavera, Tango Analytics, CMiC
Knowledge of Facilities CMMS software such as 360Facility, Corrigo, Angus Anywhere, Maximo
Knowledge of Space & Occupancy CAD / CAFM software such as Tririga, Archibus, FM:Systems, Manhattan / Centerstone, Serraview, Qube
Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Analytics software such as Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI
Working proficiency in English language
Having any of the following Microsoft exams: DA-100, DP-900 or DP-203
