Responsibilities

Automation and database management
Creation of technical specification documents for functional requirements
Management and creation of automations using Alteryx, Python, and SSIS
Creation of reports and dashboards in Power BI
Building data models and creating measures in DAX
Analysis of performance of Power BI reports and SQL queries/views
Participation in BI strategy development and implementation
Provision of support for existing BI solutions
Conducting root cause analysis on code level in Visual Studio
Maintenance of existing BI solutions
Data migration and validation activities including mapping, configuration and acceptance testing
Integration and documentation management including data mapping, workflow management, file specification development and acceptance testing
Automation development and documentation management
Report development to support ad hoc and KPI reporting
Facilitation of user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance
Provision of training and implementation user support during delivery activities
Maintenance of competency in GOS Technology client applications
Contribution to the GOS Technology team knowledgebase
Leveraging client applications for demonstration, data modelling and process development
Provision of secondary support to the Delivery Management team

Requirements

3-4+ years of experience in designing, building, and testing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
Solid experience in business data analytics
Experience in working with ERP or designing one
Knowledge of business intelligence and modern data warehouse concepts, ETL/ELT
Experience in SQL queries and views (Microsoft T-SQL, SSAS, SSRS)
Experience in Alteryx data science and analytics automation platform
Ability to maintain and write Python scripts
Knowledge of business analysis
Willingness to understand Microsoft Dynamics environment
Knowledge of MS BI tools (Power BI)
Some understanding of C# and .NET
Experience working with Visual Studio
Project management methodologies
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations and Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC)
Knowledge of network and telecommunications management
Ability to use laptop, mobile device, and wireless technologies
Analytical approach and way of thinking
Excellent command of English in both speaking and written
Good communication skills in spoken and written
BA in an IT related major
Knowledge of service order, contract, supplier management, procurement, and/or accounting practices
Project management skills to design and manage complex solutions and delivery to clients
High level of critical thinking and judgement
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain a can do mentality with minimal information
Ability to choose effective forms of communication to articulate complex problems to non-technical resources

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and/or IWMS software technologies
Microsoft exams DA-100, DP-900 or DP-203
