Responsibilities
Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive, technically oriented sales professional to develop and expand our presence across the Hungarian market. This role focuses primarily on identifying and establishing new business opportunities, followed by long‑term care and support for newly acquired customers. You will travel extensively across Hungary and collaborate closely with our Czech branch and the Danish headquarters on product specifications, technical consultations, and customer solutions. Regular visits to our office in Majetín (CZ) are expected approximately once every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Hungarian market with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with newly established customers
- Visit prospects and customers across Hungary (industrial companies, system integrators)
- Analyse customer needs and technical requirements
- Propose customised technical solutions for integration into customer applications
- Participate in business meetings, trade fairs, and events in Hungary and abroad
- Prepare price quotations, commercial offers, and contracts
- Collaborate closely with the Czech branch and the Danish headquarters
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends and provide structured feedback to company management
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical education (secondary school or university) – mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand mechanical components and mechanisms
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales (experience with industrial drives is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, CRM and ERP systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English, written and spoken (daily interaction with international teams, reading documentation, technical and commercial training)
- Driving licence category B; willingness to travel extensively within Hungary and to the Czech Republic (bi-weekly visits)
- Proactive, independent, reliable, results-driven, and able to think creatively
