Feladatok

We are looking for a Technical Sales Leader to drive our B2B expansion in Western Europe.
In short: Strategy. Proactivity. Inspiration. Results.

The Role
You will bring new momentum to our commercial operations – strategically, operationally, and through a strong, supportive leadership presence.

The Goal
To align, develop, and motivate the sales team while elevating sales performance to the next level and supporting our international growth ambitions.

You are the right fit if you:
  • Confidently lead sales teams and believe in the power of individual performance, shared focus, and continuous feedback
  • Feel at home in B2B consultative sales and know how to build true partnership-based relationships with complex client portfolios
  • Are familiar with and actively use modern sales tools – AI-based solutions, marketing automation, Google Ads, CRM analytics are part of your toolkit
  • Not only apply your expertise but also share it: you mentor, ask the right questions, and continuously develop your team
  • Have a solid industrial, electronics, or technical background
