• coordinating and providing technical support from planning to handover of keys, including technical feasibility, implementation, site management, budget control and schedule management across all project phases
• working closely with colleagues at the Vienna headquarters, ensuring continuous collaboration, alignment and support across all activities and projects
• monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repair measures
• supporting office furnishing decisions to ensure functional and attractive workspaces
• acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, designers and contractors
• promoting and integrating modern, efficient and sustainable solutions in real estate projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• at least 3 years of experience in construction, technical project coordination, site supervision or building projects
• practical knowledge of building construction processes and local building regulations
• ability to coordinate tasks independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• fluent in Hungarian and English; German is an advantage
• good knowledge of M365
• basic understanding of CAD/BIM is an advantage
• valid EU-compliant Category B driver’s license
• willingness to undertake occasional business travel (approximately 20%)
