Responsibilities

Project requirements gathering
Project resource responsibility assignment
Project charter documentation creation
Project schedule preparation and resource assignment
Project risk identification and mitigation planning
Communication plan crafting and coordination
Client and internal resource expectation management
Project deliverable documentation creation and maintenance
Project resource allocation coordination
Project blocker clearance and risk mitigation coordination
Services delivery orchestration including third parties
Project scope, schedule, and cost change management
Project controls application to delivery processes
Regular project status updates provision
Project plans and templates building and maintenance
Customer stakeholder acceptance obtaining for project deliverables
Project documentation completion and provision
Internal project retrospective meetings conduction
Core administrative training delivery on Canvas instance configuration, account structure, and system management best practices
Single sign on (SSO) integration with identity provider platforms
Data integrations with student information systems, membership management systems, and HR information systems
Platform roles and permissions configuration
Installation and configuration of LTI-compliant third party applications
Account hierarchy establishment matching intended platform usage
AI usage identification and design for customer time to value and internal efficiency
Technical documentation building and maintenance regarding integrations and systems
Consultation on JavaScript and CSS customization in Instructure products
Technical solution scoping and recommendation including requirements gathering
Customer guidance on API usage for Instructure products
Internal and external stakeholder audience management and communication tailoring
Client needs and objectives research and understanding
Additional support, training, or consulting needs identification
Team project participation supporting team goals and initiatives

Requirements

Ability to confidently and effectively manage external stakeholders for project delivery
Experience designing, documenting, and communicating technical solutions in ecosystems involving SaaS applications
Familiarity with multiple identity provider authentication systems
Experience and familiarity with APIs and understanding of their use for application integration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to determine priorities based on timeline and business value
Ability to use web conferencing technologies and web based tools like Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar to coordinate, manage and facilitate meetings
Eligibility to work in Hungary with ability to work remotely from Budapest
Willingness to travel across EMEA for onsite client work up to a maximum of 20%

Nice-to-have

Fluency in one or more additional European languages alongside fluent English
Experience delivering projects for customers in multiple EMEA countries and comfort working across time zones and cultures
Experience with one or more programming languages
Working knowledge of technology deployment strategies and best practices especially in an educational context
Experience building custom reports and data visualisations and helping customers interpret and understand their data
